Abstract: This dataset contains different versions of genotype matrices of 1,363 lines of the wild barley nested association mapping (NAM) population HEB-25 (Maurer et al. 2015), based on genotyping with a 50k Illumina Infinium iSelect SNP Array (Bayer et al. 2017).
