Abstract: In this experiment, we observed several fitness parameters of four different grassland species under the influence of varying concentrations of moxidectin in soil and added competition plants over a complete growth period. We analysed the effects of these factors on aboveground biomass, specific leaf area and intact leaf area. In addition, we also analysed soil and biomass samples via HPLC to analyse how moxidectin is taken up from soil into plants. For details, please refer to the publication: https://doi.org/10.1016/j.scitotenv.2025.178786 In the file "Macrocyclic_lactone_contaminated_soil_SLA" you can find the data we used to calculate the specific leaf area. In the file "Macrocyclic_lactone_contaminated_soil_ILA" you can find the data we used to calculate the intact leaf area across the whole growth period. In the file "Macrocyclic_lactone_contaminated_soil_APB" you can find the data we used to calculate the aboveground plant biomass. In the file "Macrocyclic_lactone_contaminated_soil_HPLC_Soil_measurements" you can find the results of the HPLC analysis to determine moxidectin content in soil. In the file "Macrocyclic_lactone_contaminated_soil_HPLC_Plant_measurements" you can find the results of the HPLC analysis to determine moxidectin content in plant biomass.
