Abstract: This dataset is an update of A. Junker et al. 2016 - Raw images files from quantitative monitoring of 484 Arabidopsis thaliana plants using high-throughput plant phenotyping (http://dx.doi.org/10.5447/IPK/2016/7). It contains only the updated version of the semantical metadata according to the latest MIAPPE 1.1 standard in order to allow a more detailed re-use of the phenotyping data. The corresponding raw data files are accessible in the original dataset.
