Abstract: A 70,000 single-nucleotide-polymorphism (SNP) array, which derived from the original 90,000 Illumina Infinium Chip array (https://doi.org/10.1111/pbi.12183), was used to characterize 100 elite wheat lines. All SNPs with more than 25% missing values were eliminated from the dataset. In addition, missing genotypic information was imputed using the random forest method as implemented in the missForest R package V1 (https://doi.org/10.1093/bioinformatics/btr597). In total, the genomic SNP profile dataset comprises 16,393 markers. For each marker, the two alleles at homozygous state are coded as 0 and 2, respectively, while 1 denotes heterozygous genotypes.
