Abstract: This data resource contains the FASTA sequences of scaffolds constructed for the rye reference inbred line Lo7. Scaffolds (v2) were constructed using the WGS assembly of Lo7 (EMBL/ENA under the project number PRJEB13501 with accession numbers FKKI010000001-FKKI011581707). To link WGS contigs the scaffolding software SSPACE (version 2.3) was used. The resource comprises a total number of 1.29 million scaffolds with a cumulative length of 2.8 Gbp.
