Abstract: This genome assembly of rye (Secale cereale L. inbred line 'Lo7') was produced by the International Rye Genome Consortium (IRGSC). This data package includes the pseudomolecules, three versions of the scaffolds, and a coordinate conversion table that relates the coordinates of each, where columns prefixed "orig_" denote the raw scaffolds ("v1"), "scaffold" denotes the scaffolds after curating for chimeras ("v2"), and "ss" or "superscaffold" denotes the final set of scaffolds ("v3") arranged in the agp to produce the pseudomolecules.
