Abstract: This data set provides original data on the tuber starch content of 28 wild potato accessions, as well as data on the nitrogen use efficiency of selected wild potato genotypes with high tuber starch content. The data are provided in the ISA-Tab format. This research was conducted within the research project „Characterisation of the proteome under nitrogen and water deficiency stress as a basis for breeding of nitrogen-efficient and drought-tolerant starch potato varieties“ (Part B, FNR 22023411) at the Gross Luesewitz Potato Collections (GLKS) of the Leibniz Institute of Plant Genetics and Crop Plant Research (IPK).
