Abstract: This data archive contains a test image set for validating the Macrobot image analysis pipeline (https://github.com/snowformatics/macrobot). The images were acquired using the Macrobot hardware system (https://doi.org/10.1101/2020.03.16.993451). The test set consist of one plate with 32 powdery mildew infected wheat leaves (6 days after inoculation, 8 leaves per column). This is the folder structure: _gb2_exp40 (experiment name) ____6dai (days after inoculation with the pathogen) _______20190709_102939_exp40_P02-3 (plate ID) The plate ID folder contains the following image files: 20190709_102939_exp40_P02-3_001_blue.tif -> blue channel image (470nm) 20190709_102939_exp40_P02-3_002_green.tif -> green channel image (530nm) 20190709_102939_exp40_P02-3_003_red.tif -> red channel image (625nm) 20190709_102939_exp40_P02-3_preview.tif -> RGB image 20190709_102939_exp40_P02-3_004_uvs.tif -> UV image (365nm) 20190709_102939_exp40_P02-3_000_backlight.tif -> background illumination image For each plate monochrome images in all illumination wavelengths are acquired separately and stored in 16-bit TIFF image files. An RGB image is generated by combining the images of the red, green and the blue LED channels.
