Abstract: Large data table with detailed characteristics of WGS contigs. Tab-separated TXT file where each WGS assembled contig from the Aegilops speltoides B chromosome study is further characterized with various information derived in the project (e.g. contig length, location of gene(s), name of gene models, number of aligned microdissected reads, B chromosome assignment class).
