Abstract: This data release contains the genome sequence assembly (pseudomolecules), structural annotation (both protein coding genes and TEs/repeats) and supplementary datasets of hexaploid (6x) Avena sativa (cv. Sang), tetraploid (4x) Avena insularis (BYU209) and diploid (2x) Avena longiglumis (CN58138). The annotation and data management was supported by the de.NBI grant (www.denbi.de) from the German Ministry of Education and Research (031A536). See README.txt file for more information.
