Abstract: A panel of 384 Arabidopsis thaliana accessions was exposed to parallel fluctuating (metal halide lamps + LED) and constant light (metal halide lamps) treatment in the left and right side of the IPK's high-throughput phenotyping platform for small plants. The experiment was repeated twice in EXP1 and EXP2. In a control experiment, EXP3, both sides were balanced to the same constant light condition to quantify the potential side effects of the setup.
