Abstract: Example of a guide map file for use in the TRITEX assembly pipeline [doi:10.1186/s13059-019-1899-5]. The guide map is provided in RDS format (serialized R object) for direct use in the TRITEX pipeline, and in a tabular text file in TSV format. This example uses the POPSEQ genetic map of the barley genome [doi:10.1111/tpj.12319].
