Abstract: Genotype calls at 1,688,807 bi-allelic SNP positions for 267 wild and domesticated barley genebank accessions. Genotypes are encoded as follows: 0 means homozygous for the Morex reference allele (column "ref"), 2 means homozygous for the non-Morex, alternative allele (column "alt"), 1 means heterozygous, NA denotes a missing data point. SNP position are provided as coordinates on the Morex whole-genome shotgun assembly (International Barley Genome Sequencing Consortium, Nature 2012).
